Golden Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes, rinsed, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon ghee or fat of choice
- ¼ tablespoon sea salt
- Filtered water to cook
- Freshly grounded pepper (optional)
Preparation
First Step
In a medium pot over medium heat add potatoes, salt, and water to cover potatoes, bring to a boil
After boiling, simmer potatoes until tender but still firm, about 20-25 minutes
Drain and reserve
Second Step
Heat a large skillet with ghee over medium heat
Place potatoes and cook until is golden, 3-5 minutes
Turn side, cook until is golden and tender, 3-5 minutes
Season with extra sea salt and freshly grounded pepper
Transfer to a server plate
Serve immediately
