Strawberry, Passionfruit and Coconut Milk Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 large passion fruit, cut in half and scoop out the inner fruit
- 6 organic strawberries
- 1 cup coconut milk, no sugar added
- 1 packet stevia
- ice (optional)
Preparation
In a blender, place the inner passion fruit, pulse for 10 seconds
Pour it in a strainer, remove the seeds
Pour the passion fruit pulp back into the blender
Add strawberries, coconut milk, and stevia
Blend until smoothie
Pour into a glass, add ice, and serve
